Return Policy

You have 45 days from the date you receive your item(s) to request a return or exchange.

To request a Domestic return, please email us at info@wearepvt.com.
For International returns, please contact us for instructions.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

If your return package does not arrive at our warehouse, we cannot process a refund or exchange.

If your shipment is lost during delivery, you must notify us within 45 days of receiving your shipping notification to qualify for a refund or reshipment.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damages and Issues

Contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items damaged or shrunk after washing.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments during delivery — the buyer must file claims with the carrier.


Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
